Matthew Swank joined Gulf South Mortgage in August 2006. He worked for Cable One, Inc. for six years where he excelled as a Field Technician. While at Cable One, Matthew became interested in the mortgage business and began an internship with Gulf South to further his education and training for loan origination. After assisting other loan officers, he made a career change and has been a full time originator for three years. Matthew is a highly motivated and caring person who treats each loan with the utmost importance. He focuses on customer satisfaction and works closely with realtors to keep everyone informed during the loan process. Matthew is also a Property Manager for L&F Properties and remodels houses. Kelley Ladner became part of the Gulf South Mortgage team in March 2008. She has a Bachelors in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg. She has worked as a Marketing Consultant for the Sun Herald Newspaper and as an Account Executive for South Mississippi Living Magazine where she succeeded in advertising sales and building strong customer relationships. Kelley excels in customer service and is the Marketing and Business Coordinator for Gulf South Mortgage. She also handles all office managerial responsibilities.
