Chris Ladner is the owner of Gulf South Mortgage and a lifelong resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. He has over twenty years’ experience in lending and investments. Chris has a B.S.B.A. in Banking and Finance from the University of Mississippi in Oxford. He worked as a financial advisor and commercial banker before settling into the mortgage industry. Chris values his clients and tries diligently to provide exceptional customer service that surpasses traditional expectations. Kelley Ladner is the owner of Gulf South Mortgage and wife to Chris. She is also a lifelong resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast and has a B.S.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Southern Mississippi. She has an advertising background and has worked as a Marketing Consultant for the Sun Herald Newspaper and South Mississippi Living Magazine. Kelley is the Office Manager for Gulf South Mortgage and loves working alongside her husband each day. She and Chris relish the opportunity to make borrower’s dreams of home ownership a reality and support the realtors and builders of the Gulf Coast. Ashley Wills joined Gulf South Mortgage in August of 2013. She is a loving mother, wife and 2008 Business graduate from the University of Southern Mississippi. Ashley has more than 8 years of experience in loan processing, title preparation and real-estate closings. Ashley worked as a closer for Performance Title where she prepared the HUD’s for over 200 loan closings a month. As a loan processor, Ashley’s main goal is to provide accurate and open communication with her borrowers with true sincerity and integrity. Rebecca Sullivan recently joined Gulf South Mortgage as a loan processor and has found a natural fit within the industry.  Prior to becoming part of the Gulf South team, Rebecca enjoyed a career as a preschool teacher.  She is a native to south Mississippi and loves helping others as they plant their roots here on the Gulf Coast. With a warm smile, Rebecca has the opportunity of welcoming each person that walks in the door of Gulf South Mortgage and guiding them upon greeting. Though the mortgage process can sometimes pose its challenges, her desire is the make the requests easier by aiding in all aspects of the transaction.
